I wish the photographer wills have turned his hat around. He has it on backwards in the photo. He has never worn a mortar board before and thought he had it on the right way. Bummer but it did make a funny memory.

Pictures had an obvious mark on her face with next to her glasses. This was not something that was fixed and I would have thought it certainly should have been?

Picture was horrible. I paid $14.75 to mail it back. It’s been 2 weeks, 2 phone calls to customer service and still no refund.

a pleasant experience. Parents are busy, you filled in the gaps professionally.

Photo cost for digital downloads was astronomical and the quality of the physical print I received was very poor. Additionally, I was not shown or given access to all the photos of myself although classmates received them

For delta college commencement, when taking a picture with the president the 2 camera people need to somehow let him and the graduate which camera to look at first. I loved mine, but noticed I wasn’t looking at the camera that had the good picture. Was disappointed. Prices were crazy for pictures. Not everyone was able to work due to clinicals and unpaid clinicals therefore not have a ton of money. Editing prices were also kind of ridiculous.

The service was quick and easy. We had the pictures with in a week from ordering. They looked wonderful too.

Professional, fast, and clear!

It was so expensive and I had to pay for pictures twice. Once when I picked up my cap and gown and a second time when I had to pay for the commencement pictures. It is unbelievable that we have to pay an incredible amount of money to go to college, pay a GRADUATION FEE that does not include the photographer fees. I talked about it with my friends and we all agreed it was an ABUSE to charge over 100 dollars for 3 pictures.

Initially, my order arrived bent. However, after reaching out to the company, they graciously rectified the issue. Beautiful prints!

Easy to order

Very expensive. Lots of upcharges on top of an already expensive photo (ex. 3 levels of expensive charges for touchups, two options to select online and third unlisted more expensive level. When I asked about stray hair removal — which was a more expensive option I had already paid for at $19 per picture—actually said “stray hair removal”— but they determined there was too many stray hairs and just didn’t do it until I called and they said if I wanted it then I would have to pay $25 per photo). It is a racket —- strictly to make money and do not care about customer satisfaction. I had to ask to refund my money on the photos that I paid for touchups that weren’t done — and they wouldn’t do any touchups or the stray hair removal unless I paid extra. I was disappointed in the photos and customer service. Given they were the only professional pictures taken, I felt like I had no choice but to take what was offered and cut my losses further.
