Pictures were good. Print was good. Decent delivery time. Prices were high.
One of the photos had a big red spot on it. Luckily I did not intend to share it with anyone. There should have been better editing.

Very easy to order and great quality.
I ordered 2 prints.. both look yellow as if the printer was running out of ink. They were pretty expensive for that. Also, when I ordered one photo (with the spartan logo all on across the background), I thought that was more of a water mark (like dont copy and steal this). I didnt realize that is would actually be on the picture. I dont like it, but that was my fault. The quiality of the paper is fine, but the printing is not.
Why are there Spartans in the background of the picture, not a regular background or flag?

The low quality of the photo download for the price is disturbing. Lesson learned: DO NOT PURCHASE
Well there was a man's head in the background of my daughter's picture and her face was very shiny
The photo arrived bent. In my opinion two pieces of cardboard could’ve help prevent this.
I am disappointed and not to the point of wanting a refund. I realize I had a very small order and this photo was/is important to me to preserve a moment in time. Please take better care in the future when packing orders.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous
Very blurry photos, missed the handshake, and I spent a lot of money only to find out later that it was so blurry because the proof was such poor quality. you could give a refund

I don't receive my photos from when ...and there is no tracking on my package....I'm very disappointed and will not use your service again
My current order was shipped and was damaged due to being shipped in a regular paper envelope with one piece of cardboard. I then called customer service and they were great and shipped out another order, this time in a heavier cardstock and my order came with no damage. I appreciate the quick turnaround and resolving this issue.
I think the price is expensive, especially if you want more than just a couple of prints.
My first order had a print that was very blurry.
I like the photos. I was bummed there were not two openings in the photo holder I bought. There was only one, so I could not put both of the photos in (one on each side) so I taped the other 5 by 7 to the other side. I think your prices are too high.
