We received our pictures very quickly and they are great quality!

There were good but you can tell some of them are hurried. Only one chance with a smile or eye direction.
The photo was not centered.
I like the live photos such as when the student receives the diploma or walks across the stage, but other people end up in the background. I don't want photos of people I don't know. Can't the photos be cropped to include only the students receiving the diploma at the time? Or perhaps just a photo of the students and university president?

My original photo package arrived with the 8x10s bent. He packaging was poor. Customer service sent out a replacement which was nice, but I wasn’t impressed with the careless packaging the first time around.
The color is off and the parts of my hair is white and so is the tassel. Who ever edited them and the printing is an awful job
They turned out great. A couple seconds more to get in place would help.
I thought the pictures were great and very easy to place an order. They arrived quickly and in good condition.

The cost of the graduation pictures was very disappointing. They were 8 photos taken of my daughter and to purchase all 8 images I had to pay for a package of 10 photos. I feel like we were taken advantage of, and it definitely left me with negative feelings toward MSU. Boo... MSU do better!!

I asked for the extra enhancements ( glare of glasses removed and the hair removed and yet neither one was done. Yet you still charged me for them. Your interface was fine. But you're part of the immoral educational-industrial complex. I'm supposed to be proud of my institution and the final act from them is to spit in my face by holding pictures of me ransom from an event that's supposed to be celebrating my achievement. $200 for pngs is despicable. Just know you're actively making the world a worse place
