Great pictures and the staff was wonderful
I appreciate that you reach out 10 years after my sons graduation. In 2015 I did not order his pictures walking across the stage. In 2021 I lost my son in a car accident. I now have that picture that had only been in my mind to hold and share with others.

Your question is poorly stated. You say "rate your experience" the give choices of "likely" or 'not likely". Likely or not likely what? This doesn't make sense. Also, 7-8 on an 11 item scale isn't neutral. 5 is neutral. jeezus this is dumb.
I called and spoke with an employee. I wanted to find out if I could pay to have my son's face from one photo photoshopped to another. I wanted a photo of my son holding his diploma, but his face showed his depression in the photo that was available to me to purchase. There was another photo of my son, where he was not holding his diploma, and his face looked the most "normal". I was told that a request would be put in to see if this was something your company could do. I called back a few weeks later to follow up, as I had not heard back from anyone. I was told at this time that your company would not do that. So, I had to purchase a picture package to include both of these pictures, which was ridiculously expensive. I had to then give those pictures to another company, that was willing to do what I needed, to photoshop my son's face from the one picture to the other. It was just a very disappointing experience. Especially as a parent of a child who was at school the day of the Oxford High School shooting and had to run for his life. He struggled so much after that, as so many did, and struggled with his depression and PTSD, yet still managed to make it to graduation. All I wanted was a picture that my son could look back on and see as a positive memory, rather than a memory from a picture that you could clearly see the depression in his face. I just feel your company should have been able to do such a simple photoshop request, being professional photographers. Instead, I had to jump through hoops and pay more money than I could even afford.

I’m glad I got these pictures for memory. I couldn’t afford them when I graduated. And I found the letter and order form in some old college box at home 8 years later. I’m so glad it’s still on file. But I think the website could use an update. Thank you for the photos! :)

Pics was not good
I paid extra for the photo to be touched up and her entire face is shiny. It looks so bad I can’t even display the photo. Could you try and touch it up to take the shine off her face?
