I was very pleased with the photos and thought you did an amazing job. I would have just like to see some different options for purchasing packages. But over all satisfied with the turn around in receiving our photos and they way they turned out.

Cost is not worth quality sent
Pricing is extremely unreasonable. I shouldn’t have to pay $120 dollars for two simple photos.
I received the mug, but did not get the photo I paid for.
The photos are overpriced, and out of the two photos I paid for, one is out of focus. The small, lower quality/less migapixel, sample that customers can view before buying does not show whether a photo is in focus or not. Surely, with the price I paid, the out of focus photos should not be offered to customers.
The photo is extremely grainy and low quality. There is a definite difference in the photo compared to both my daughters from a different company. The clarity is not there. Appreciate the fast service. However, I could have had the same result printing myself or going to Walgreens.
Very easy to use and when I needed help finding a graduation from two years ago customer service responded very quickly.

Being able to capture important life milestone! The company saving, not deleting the digital record for a long time allowing for a correction to be made that I didn't have time to follow up on at the time! also, noticing other blemish and providing extra photoshop services that provided a better final framed image!
