Your prices are ridiculous. I dont care what the reasons are. Way to take advantage of human beings. Also, find a better way to get people to overpay for for images of their kids instead of lying and telling them their images are going to be deleted on a certain date. Why would you feel the need to lie? Ridiculous.
I never received my 2022 Cedarville University graduation pictures that I purchased since 17 March 2023, today is the 13 April 2023 and I have not received anything nor have I received my money back. Very disappointed, please refund back my money to me.

The photo was sent without even having a piece of cardboard in the envelope. Also, the retouching should not be so expensive. My daughter's face looks all shiny in a fake way. She doesn't like the photo of herself on that special day.
In the picture of my son his graduation cap has a shadow and it looks like there are two hats hooked together in the picture.
The engraving on the plaque had uneven spacing and different fonts...it looked terrible. I did call though and they were going to send a new engraving plaque to replace. I can write a new review after I receive it, etc.
My daughter said that the caption said ‘Commencment….’ And claimed that wasn’t accurate.
Great picture quality.
The final reminders before deletion, that was pretty awesome to still be able to capture those memories.
