Photos arrived damaged.
The setting cut off feet and had odd things in background

I ordered two poses. I received one and have yet to receive the other. I contacted you and you stated you would send it out. I received an email confirmation of a photo that I didn't receive but received the photo I already had. At this point I just want to cancel the photo I didn't receive and credit my account! It's the one that was supposed to have the tassel removed. Thank you

The photo was hard to see online with the incredible amount of watermarks and when I got it, my son's face was shiny - I mean SHINY! This is not even something I want to display with my other children's graduation photos. So disappointed

The photographer should have known that the "2023" on the tassel was not forward facing. She took the photo regardless. The photographer did not correct her mistake afterward. She should have suggested or asked the student to retake it. She has a duty to do just that but failed. A lot of the photos have "2023" on the tassel facing sideways, covered, or backward.

The picture I ordered was of my daughter getting her diploma. Because the president’s hair is so dark, she looks headless in the photo, would have been nice of that picture was touched up so you could see her better. I’d love to gave it remade

Terrible photo...you need to slow down and take some time with the kids. This was a once in a lifetime photo opportunity and you blew it!

Price is high and no digital copy for free

I was happy that we had photos as we could not get close enough to take our own, but Ian's tie and collar were all screwed up and it would have taken only a minute for the photographer to point it out so he could fix it. No amount of retouching could fix it.

We have like photos of all our other children's commencements on the wall, but this one just looks amiss.

The quality was really good.

Long time to access post graduation. A few views to select from and products. The only thing I would say needs improvement is mailing packaging. I just reordered photos (2) 5x7 only mailed in an envelope. No cardboard for stiffening. Yikes!

When I did the touch up photos and ordered them.. One of the pics I wanted my sons eyes changed and I wasnt able to navigate that... so alot of money was wasted

Nice photo options and quality was good

I like the pearl finish on the pictures. My only problem is that I did not get my Digital Copies that was part of my package that I paid for.

It was great to find out that I was still able to purchase my nephew's graduation photos, five years after he graduated from high school. I purchased them for his birthday this year.
