When I finally tracked down which company had take our daughters graduation photo they could see there was something in the system but it didn’t go through. Why wouldn’t they reach out? These are once in a lifetime pictures. Upon ordering it was amazing quick service and turn around
I received a very nice 8 x 10 inch photo. The price was very reasonable and it arrived quickly. Very happy with it.
I ordered several items and never received them. I emailed a couple times with no direct reply.

I emailed and also called leaving a message for clarification about how the photo would look. I never got a response from you. I ended up buying because the 'sale' was ending despite not knowing the details I was trying to find out.
The buying instructions indicated that I would get an 'immediate' download and it was not immediate, so for a day worried that I had spent my money for nothing. When I did get the download, the school name printed on the diploma does not show clearly due to being partially cropped out. Additionally, the school name (and "Commencement 2022") is added to the photo in an awkward location which detracts from the photo.
Overall, I would not have purchased the photo with it cropped the way it was; had anyone in your customer service taken time to respond to my information requests, you might have been able to change the photo cropping so the school name from the diploma shows on the photo which is what I wanted. I bought 3 photos but I really wanted the close-up and decided to buy 3 due to the pricing structure. As it turns out, I spent a lot of money (I don't know how much you make an hour, but it is about a day's work for me!) for photos that I will likely never use.
Paid over $100 for digital uplands for my daughter's law school graduation from MSU. No one will send them to me. Plaque was not completed correctly. Wording left off completely.
Approximately $180 spent, nothing to show for it.
Just ordered the same from Island Photography for my son who graduated from Quinnipiac Law School. Plaque is perfect and I received the digital uploads immediately.
Extremely disappointing. I have sent receipt to customer service and have had nothing sent back in the way of pictures.

Photo shipped only in an envelope. No protection. No cardboard or anything rigid to prevent bending
1. My daughter's graduation pic in cap and gown had a background of the school's standard brown metal door with a sign on it (can't remember if it said Exit or something like that). If she was taller, she would have likely blocked this out. This was very tacky. The other choice was a patriotic background which was too much. Just a standard blue or black background would have been preferred. I didn't order any because of this
2. Her white coat pic was only a close up of her. I was disappointed you didn't get pics of her being "coated" like you did with my other kids in prior years.
Beautiful quality
Even though I selected no caption on my photos, I got a watermark from my college placed on the photos. Makes it look strange but I don't know why I got it since I opted for no text. Ruins the photos to be honest.
The photo is bent in 3 places. When I opened it, there was not any protection to prevent this. If there was even some cardboard, it wold not have bent it.
Send me another photo to replace the damaged one.

The first time and the second time I ordered prints it was mailed to me in a regular envelope that stated photo do not bend. I received both of them bent! I emailed about my pictures and request they be sent with cardboard and they were resent with cardboard without issue.

The pictures are dark and have poor resolution. My cell phone photos are of better quality than the ones that I purchased. I’m trying to find someone that can lighten them and clear them up.

I thought the pictures I bought would have blocked the other kids standing behind him. I don’t like that I can see the other kids behind him. Could of had a different background for a special night for Seniors. Thanks
