Good quality
All of my son's full length photos had his left hand missing--not sure if this was a camera angle or the change in the background, but it looked very ODD and b/c of this anomaly did not order any of those photos. Also, the photos were very expensive. The price limited my ability to order more.
Prices are high, my daughters face had a couple shiny spots, and her eyes were closed on the picture of her accepting her diploma. However, we are happy to have the pictures that we purchased.

When I contacted customer service, initially, I wasn't sure if they would be able to find my pictures. I've graduated multiple times over the past 10 years and to my surprise Grad Images was able to find my ceremonies so that I can order my long-forgotten pictures! Thank you so much to the woman who helped me I'm forever grateful ~

I ordered a graduation picture of my granddaughter and love the option to add her name , date of graduation, and degree.The quality of the print is great, and I received it in a timely fashion. I needed to call the office and spoke with a customer representative who was professional and friendly. The overall experience was very good! I love Mt print!!!

One of the photo frames was made of very cheap looking plastic, and was broken when is arrived.
Prices are a little high; time frame that photos were available to order was tight - particularly with the Christmas Holidays between the graduation and order cut-off date.
So the framed picture came pretty quick. The picture was beautiful but the frame was in pieces. The box look immaculate so I have to figure that I was given a broken frame.

Loved the photos of my son’s graduation from Michigan State University! Beautifully done and couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they worked to take multiple photos of each student - and there were a few hundred students graduating that day! Great quality and beautiful keepsakes.
For the quality of the photos (color, lighting, poses and angles) the pricing is WAY too high, both prints and especially the digitals. You're taking advantage of graduates wanting their photos from their commencement ceremonies. Not only did you ignore my questions and have poor customer service skills, you also sent my photos to someone else, and didn't even bother to inform me of your screw up!!! I should sue for that alone!! I will definitely be contacting the university regarding all of this.
Encourage the shy grads to smile, "cheese" . Do not take I photo unless both the grad and the faculty are seen from a side view. I did not select a photo where my grad is facing forward with the faculty is shown facing the their back.
I purchased my son's graduation photo from the University of Michigan last month and his hair is almost bright red in the photo. His hair is not red at all so I emailed asking for them to look at the other photos of him they took to see that his hair is not as it should be and asked if they could please fix it. They sent me a "fixed" photo but they only darkened the photo, which did not help at all. My son has quite long hair so the bright red hair is very obvious in the photo and looks nothing like him. I spent over $60 on a important graduation photo and I can't display it like I wanted to because it doesn't look like him and I do not know how to fix it myself. I figured a photo place hired to take graduation photos would take accurate pictures or atleast fix it when it was pointed out how wrong it was. It was a waste of my money to purchase it because it does not look like him at all.
I appreciated being able to perform simple edits, including cropping the photos, prior to ordering them. The photos all appeared as I expected them to look.
I submitted a question and never heard back from anyone. Still haven't resolved my problem to this day.
Ordered an 8x10. Photo came mailed in a plain envelope without a cardboard or anything else that was sturdy. Now there are dents in my photo
