I've ordered from Graduation Foto's a few times over the years and they are great. The most recent photo arrived mangled by my postal worker and Graduation Foto sent me a replacement at no cost. I truly appreciate their customer service!

Easy to order, beautiful product.

Pleased with the photography. Liked that I could add text to the picture and when I made a mistake with the date, you were able to correct it for me.

I was not disappointed at all the quality of the photo was fine, as expected. However, I am not likely to ever have reason or opportunity to recommend it. The University did not provide options and I would not have sought out a photographer to take the photo. But I am pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

I thought a a discount was supposed to be applied as stated in an email and graduate is not centered in the 8 x 10 photo so the picture looks off.

The photos were captured very well! The turn-around time was outstanding. I just think the price could be a little lower to make them a bit more affordable, but that's probably the cost of doing business these days.

Cost was the biggest concern, especially of the digital download. Everything else was great!

Have been trying to get response about getting a video and have no response.
Communication....A site that has better communication.

I ordered pictures online when I got the - “order now before we delete these pictures”- email and I never received them and / or I never received instructions on how to download them, etc. I was pleased with the original prints I received but the downloads I purchased for $42.40 on March 22, 2023 I have yet to see. If someone could direct me on where I can get those downloads, that would be great. Thank you

Photos were clear and professional quality.

I called to order my sons graduation from MSU for last year and they were very helpful and patient. Found my sons pictures and I was able to order a beautiful plaque with my sons picture and his degree written on it.

The pictures are very good quality!

Your photographer did not ensure the camera was level (the background made it obvious that the image was crooked). When I reached out to the company to ask them to fix it, I was told they could not/ would not level it digitally. If that had been the end of things I would not have made a purchase, however the company later reached out with a corrected image.

My recommendation is low because the professional photographer should have the know-how, skill, and experience to level the composition before snapping the shutter, but I understand that these events demand expediency which can compromise judgment. That being said, the company still has an obligation to meet basic, if not high, standards for their product and service, and should have caught and corrected the image before submitting it for purchase. Since that did not happen, it became incumbent upon the customer to reach out to make the request. On the most basic level of customer service, the company should have worked to salvage the situation and relationship by agreeing to my reasonable request immediately, but that didn't happen either.

The only reason the score isn't as low as the options will allow is because the company did, eventually, rectify the error and I am satisfied with the result.

I could not tell from the sample photos that there was a big shadow on my daughter's photo that makes it look like her head is larger than normal and that her hair is crazy. I might not have purchased the photos if I could have seen this detail. A better preview process is necessary. thank you.

Photos blurry

You are scamming people! You provided a group discount after a few days and did not retroactively allow it to apply. $150 for 6 digital photos?? You have to be joking.

When my photo arrived via mail it was bent in half. The picture has a huge line in the middle.

I will like a new picture sent. It was really dissapointing to see my picture that cost me more than 30 dollars to be in that quality.

The photos were nice but expensive. Especially the jpg.

I think when I downloaded the price was quite high and when I purchased the photo on it's own, it was super glossy and it did not look nice. I want to make my own printouts, but I would have saved if I knew the quality of your photos, and still needed to spend more money on a download. Glad I have it but not worth the money.

I paid for a light touch up and the photo came out with her face and hands looking red ! I had to get a replacement photo for the gift .

Great customer service the rep I spoke to was fabulous and explained the different packages.
