The packages are expensive, and there should be a form with instructions on how to obtain the downloadable photo. I never received the email with the downloadable image, and had to reach out for help in having it resent.
Delivered quickly and the quality was extremely nice.

My one complaint was it would have been nice to have a digital summary of all proofs to buy.
I don’t think think they were the best, they should of taken 2 or 3 pictures at least of that pose with the diploma so we have more options, but then I guess u have to move pretty quickly with so many students

Overcharging us way too much for our graduation, especially for the digital copies. Constant emails trying to get us to buy photos. Lower your prices and send less reminders to buy or have them stop after purchasing. Better editing and lightings of photos
50.00 for 3, 5×7's is ridiculous, especially when I could of taken better ones with my phone or cannon.
