Any other pictures that you sent in proofs were not actually of our daughter.
The photo mug that I ordered and paid a lot for is obviously a dollar store coffee cup. I could have had this done at any Walgreens store. The mug that I purchased from you after my 2021 graduation from Spring is quality, bigger, heavier with a picture on one side and the university information on the other side AND IT DIDN'T COST AS MUCH as the dollar store cup. I am truly disappointed in your service on that item.

Picture was dark. Hard to differentiate from the back of my child’s head and the background.
Way overpriced, and the package options were very limited. It would have been nice to be able to mix and match or to have some 4x6 options available.
Poor quality photo. Hard to see it ourselves due to the protective zone over the photos at the time of ordering. Called to request credit and although photo number was provided for shop to confirm the issue, customer was not trusted and was asked to mail back the photo to get credit. Why should the customer spend time and money to go to the post office not to mention pay for returning a bad photo?
I have not received my plaque that I specifically customized and paid for. I’m not sure who to contact or who to reach to dispute this matter.
I wish there was a package that offered one of each photo taken (especially since I was the student speaker)

Where is the plaque I ordered for my daughter? She said all she received are three 5x7 prints. I don’t see any way to track our order.

Ordering from your site was a bit cumbersome. Yet, I was pleased with how quickly I received my photos in the mail though!
Great quality and easy to purchase
I had no issues with the service. My order arrived in a timely manner and in good condition.
Ordered an 8x8 photo which placed a simple envelope with "Photos-Do Not Bend" printed on the outside. Envelope came literally folded in half so needless to say the photo in side was ruined. A couple of pieces of cardboard would have prevented the issue. I expected better for a shipping cost of $6.
I never received the plaque that I purchased and there is zero way to contact from the website.
The price of the pictures was really high.
Had paid extra for basic retouching button receiving the picture, it seemed that no retouching had been done at all on the face and neck. I had sent an email requesting to fix this. However, I didn't hear back at all from you.

The photos' finish was very poor quality. The color was way off. I know my student does not look like that is person and a decent photo should look like her. For the price, the finish and color should be much better.
Our mail box is huge and yet the photos arrived curled, almost folded in half. There was nothing in the envelope to keep the photos flat.
Had to reach out multiple times to have the touch-up I paid for completed.
I know there was an option to 'touch up' the photos but that was just as expensive as the photos I was buying... with how expensive they already are, I feel like it should just be standard to touch up obvious flaws. For example - my face was sooo shiny and I know it wasn't when I looked in the mirror prior, so it was from the flash of the camera that I had no control over. Also, $60 for ONE DIGITAL photo is outrageous... I just did the print outs because I could at least get those for like $11 something for a 5x7.
