Great quality, fast service
The frame that we ordered is plastic- for what we paid, a real wood frame would be nice or should, @ the very least, be an option.
The lettering on the picture wasn't what I expected and was not of great quality
I thought the background was blurry and also I didn't receive the plaque which I paid. Maybe it's better to refund
Use a different font please! On picture displays. A more formal and established looking one as compared to the Comic Sans-looking type. My picture was a little bent in the frame, otherwise I am satisfied with the quality of my photo and the speed of the delivery. Thank you for keeping photos accessible after the event for a decent amount of time. I was a college student that didn't have the money to pay for my graduation pics!! Thank you.
For being “professional “ pictures these are absolutely awful., are they looked at before they’re sent ? They’re not clear. They look like they’ve been blown up to much, terrible .
The ones from our phone came out better .

I love the product
Our photos were poor quality. One was out of focus. One had poor composition and the subject looked tilted. We ordered because that’s what was available, but could be improved. I also thought I had ordered two b&w prints, but I only received one. I must have done something wrong there. It seems too that the duo flag backdrop is way too busy. That could be toned down for a more classic image. All in all, I’m still grateful there were photos taken though.

I think your prices are too high.
I placed my order on the 2nd of January and still have not received my photos. This is disappointing, I have tried to contact the team and they are slow with the responses.
I have paid for these images and not asking for a free. I have the right to ask for timely communication about the same.

a little pricey, my close up shots were split so I only saw half my face in each photo.

I love how my daughter 16x20 came rolled up in this cool tube, it unrolls easily and my goodness the picture is beautiful with a nice gloss on it.
