Excellent quality
My photo came damaged and still has not been replaced. Charged me a lot of money for a flimsy damaged print out that I could’ve done better at home.
Actually remove stray hairs when the customer pays for it and reply back to customer questions and concerns.
Thank you for sending out a reminder to order photos, so many months later.
At the time of commencement, I was angry that my daughter was wearing a mask in the photos, (she refused to take it off) and I did not want to pay for such a photo. I now realize it is a moment in time, and the mask describes her personality, and while I would have liked the smile... I can appreciate the photo.

Customer Servicy Representative was extremely helpful as I needed to request pictures be mailed again. I did not receive the original set mailed

although my daughter has been out of high school (and now college). it was a great remember of a special day, especially because one of the individuals in the picture has passed away. the service and easy to get a picture.

After 4 years I was still able to get my daughter’s graduation picture!
When re-ordering the same photo options the cost went up and I didn’t get the pearlized like the original order. When I sent an email to the email address listed it came back undeliverable.
When my son (2013) and i graduated (2014.)i wasn't able to order the pictures.it was nice that i got an email giving me a second chance to order them even though its been years.
Its a memory that i will treasure forever and now i have the pictures.

I have not received a tracking number either.
I still do not have my photos.

The pictures were not the best. Every pose was horrible. If you’re capturing a moment tell someone to fix their clothes or their that. It was not worth the money.
