you send the photos in an envelope that is easy to get bent in shipping. Our came all folded in half.
It's nice that someone else can take the photos when you are trying to watch your child graduate!
I wish the website was slightly easier to navigate.. the user-friendliness of the website is not quite present all the way. I think it would be better if you had all the personal photo options on the left side and the packages on the right side so I don't have to go back and forth between pages a ton
I had multiple proofs and a variety (posed with different backgrounds, receiving diploma, with classmates) to choose from.
The quality of these ridiculously overpriced photos is terrible. Background is extremely purplish blue. Can't even frame this junk.
I only bought a 5 x7, but it was a great picture of my son!

Some of the photos appeared rushed and slightly out of focus. I understand how difficult graduation is to get a perfect shot but I expected better choices. Do better when my grandsons graduate.

Having the photographs taken by someone else, allowed me to just is back and enjoy the moment of watching my son, rather than seeing him receive his hood through the lens of a camera. It was a moment in time that I will cherish forever.

It was a it complicated to order myself online. I had to go through customer service to get it down more timely.
Felt like pictures purposely poor in order to have customers pay for the expensive add in touch ups. I did not order any touch ups but was not expecting picture quality to be that poor
