The photographers at the event were friendly, approachable & willing to snap photos.
I wish the "candids" had the option of blurring out the background or some option, such as, changing the background?
My daughter told me later she thought she received a discount code--as a parent, I never received anything.
The pictures turned out great. I was able to order even after the graduation had been over for a while which was really nice. Very easy to work with.

Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding my graduation photo order. Before placing my order, I emailed to ask for clarification about the available editing features but did not receive a response in time. I ultimately purchased the touch-up and hair removal options, expecting these adjustments to be made to my photos.
Unfortunately, the hair removal and facial shine corrections do not appear to have been completed as expected. I contacted customer service as soon as I received my photos but have not yet received a response.
I would greatly appreciate it if these edits could be completed as outlined in the package I purchased. These are important photos commemorating my graduation, and I would love to have the opportunity to receive the finished images with the requested retouching.

The time from order to recieving the photos was insane. I just had photos, nothing special. Should be highly automated at this point in time and having to wait weeks left me wondering if I'd ever get them.

Low unflattering angles, expensive, paid extra for photo shop hair removal which didn't actually fix stray hairs
