Spent a lot of money to get a broken frame and maybe this part was my fault but I thought it was going to be a plaque but it was a print of a plaque, that was probably my fault but for the money I spent give me a decent frame.

I like how you take multiple angles and have multiple photograpers. I will say that this year there were only 2 pictures that were good of my kid. The rest were not great pics. When my daughter graduated they had so many good pictures that I bought more so you will make more money if you can get more pictures that are good. Thank you.

For the amount I paid for a picture you would have thought touch up would be automatically done. However, the lighting needs to be fixed. Picture looked too bright. Other then that they were fine.

My pictures came in a paper envelope and all the edges were bent. Care was not taken in the packaging or delivery. For the premium price, a more ridged envelope to secure the contents should be used. Also, it was raining that day and the envelope was damp. These are professional photographs and should be treated with better care!
I didn’t like the glass photo it was blurry, considered pictures good and didn’t like the madness. They really looked that bad.

Fast and easy, liked the sale price option sent over so I ordered more after having time to relax and enjoy the moment after the rush of the initial graduation date, celebrations, college town move out, new job - relocation etc.
Photo options were not great, the photographer swooped all her hair to one side and it looks very unnatural. Because of this we did not buy them.

I thought the photos were significantly overpriced.
My son sent me the link on how to get into system to order. Once done, it only took me 2 minutes to figure out how to place my order. I placed my order within one week of Match Day and the photos were delivered promptly and I was happy with the quality and color of photos.
The reason I took off one star is for the thinness of the envelope photos were mailed in. I have purchased photos in past from other sites and the envelopes were thicker and more rigid without a chance of bending.
I will be ordering Graduation photos in May for Wayne State SOM.
It took 10 months before I received a corrected copy of a photo that somehow was printed with verbiage across the center of the photo. The resolution was to send the photo back to get a replacement. I said that was ridiculous and didn't do it and miraculously was sent the corrected photo. Customer service really dropped the ball.
I never got my pictures
It took me almost 3 years to get my 2 girls' commencement pictures. Thank you so much for having them still
