That was an extremely expensive photo
Photos are low quality. One of my downloads doesn't even look like the proof. The cost was too high, especially for the quality. And of course, since it was a one time life event, I have no other options. disappointed to say the least.

None of the photos I wanted were available due to an exposure problem, apparently in multiple photos. I was forced to have my daughter’s least favorite photo printed. I asked if I could get a digital version of the original photo we wanted as a way to make things right and I was told no because I only paid for a print.
Good pictures
The photo itself was great. My concern was the lack of protection from the weather for the packaging. The envelope was wet and I was relieved the photo was not damaged.

1. The platform is clunky and unresponsive: You can’t un-favorite a photo; The first time through, the system incorrectly logged the wrong retouching for the wrong photo, and there was no way to go back in and edit the package without deleting it and starting completely from scratch; It didn’t save my cropping on the third image (I wanted it as far left as possible, i.e., cutting out the partial face on the right side of the photo. Customer support was able to fix this for me).
2. It’s unclear what the difference is between the retouching button in the editing frame (15.00 version, 25.00 version) and the “facial retouching” that we’re prompted to check for 10.00 per photo. When I emailed support about the fact that my teeth looked yellower in the photo (despite the 10.00 retouching option) than they do in person, I didn’t get a clear answer about the difference between the three options available in two separate places in the ordering process. I was told via email I could call a number and ask about other retouching options, but I’m not wild about spending even more time with customer support at this point and paying an additional fee when it isn’t clear what I’d be getting on top of what I already paid.
3. Photography is a skill and should absolutely be compensated appropriately, but for all this trouble these costs feel exorbitant.
4. Would it be possible to just request my raw images at this point?

Check to see if items are top quality and if not then sont send them to customers.
The price was far too high for what was offered. The packages were too inflexible. And the price for the digital downloads was outrageous. You should be assumed of what you charged.
Lady helped me order over phone because your program would not work with my firefox. She was patient and helpful.

The price for just a printed photo of a plaque versus receiving an actual plaque is insane! It was extremely misleading-I justified the cost thinking we would receive some sort of plaque-not just a PRINTED PICTURE of one. I could have done that n Canva in 2 minutes, but instead paid like $60 extra bucks for it. Jacking up the prices when we already paid so much for tuition. What a joke.
The photos are good quality and provided to us in a timely manner, so we can pick out our favorite for prints as Christmas gifts in time.
