Quality and photography were great. Pricing was high and would have liked a 4x6 size option.
I contacted you via email when I received my photo. I explained the photo I bend due to my mail carrier bending it to fit in my mailbox. I never received a response.

I had a hard time with the ordering process. I wanted to choose multiple photos at a time, but it wasn't working.
You really need to post ypur photgrpahers level with the platform and the blank gray back ground is hideous. Try using the achool logo behind it or so.etjing that doesnt make the student look AI. Perhaps plan a fay for fotos prior. I do photography for a livi g and i was disappointed with the price gouging for a half assed packet. Sickened by the amount of money i paid for a handful of images.....and grade school was cheaper and the packets bigger.

I ordered a 10 X 12 picture and they sent me what I believe is 12X8 or 7 because the height is fine but the width is so narrow that I have to look for something else to create a border to the left and right.
It is not possible to make border all sides because the top and bottom fitted well in the frame. I am disappointed.

The Photos were awful. Camera angle was very unflattering of the Graduates. Camera equipment was low quality.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my entire order. The process of ordering my graduation photos was incredibly easy, and I appreciated having so many package options to choose from. The framed photos with the pearlized finish look fantastic, and the 8x10 mahogany finish plaque I also received is of excellent quality and looks very rich.
Im so frustrated, I purchased a video tape of my graduation and I stilllll haven't received, I want a refund now.
