I took my e-bike in for brake service. The service was done same day and I couldn't be more pleased with the the technicians friendliness and the fact that he listened to my explanation of the problem and explained the things that needed to be done. Great place for any bike service needed.

I had an amazing experience at Bike Mart. Brian was more than helpful getting me fitted for a bike, giving me a ton of information and getting me completely comfortable with a purchase. My car was not big enough to transport the bike and I live very close. Brian personally dropped the bike off after he closed up the store. 100/10 customer service and experience.
