they had a good selection of bikes for my 10 yr old grandson. I called ahead and when I arrived with my grandson, they had the bikes pulled from the racks and ready for us to test ride. Staff was very helpful and understood what would be important in purchasing a bike for a 10yr old boy. They helped us coordinate test rides with another store location to see bikes that were not in stock at the Prosper location.

Customer service was great at the Frisco location. Gentleman showed my daughter some tips and tricks on how to get on a bike properly and start from a stop. Very engaging and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this place.
Excellent customer service
The customer service is excellent at this location. I had a 3-wheel electric tricycle, purchased from Amazon, that needed to be assembled for my husband. BikeMart assembled this bike and tuned up/repaired a missing spacer on another 7-speed-3-wheel adult tricycle already assembled, for me, but not "quite" right. Brian was wonderful, and Chase and Adam kept me informed about what was going on and when I could expect completion. My brother just moved here from California and rides mountain bikes. I have already given him the address and phone number for his bikes. You guys are great. Thanks again. Joyce

I love the fact they take the time to make sure you buy the right bike for you. I’ve tested many bikes before I made the decision. When I picked up my bike they took the time again to make sure that the bike fitted perfectly. Matthew helped me with everything and provided a lots of extra information that helps me with my first triathlon.
