Very professional and courteous staff. Took my bike in for the yearly maintenance and it was performed ahead of schedule, and in perfect shape. I am 67 years old and a disabled veteran. The only exercise I can perform in bike riding as walking or jogging are things I can no longer do. I purchased a Specialized Brand Rock Hopper Series bike from Bike Mart a little over a year ago. The difference between this bike compared to bikes bought from regular stores is NIGHT AND DAY. I completed 2000 miles this past year; a feat I could not have done on a regular store bought bike due to my condition. Arby's may have "The Meats" but Bike Mart has 'The Bikes". A lot of them!!!! And their service department is 2nd to none.

The Bike Mark, salesforce at Prosper was very professional, and provided great service. The help I receive an exchange of my son new bike without any issue, even when the issue was my error so for that, I appreciate the professionalism and the great service and attention to taking care of my needs on the purchase of my three-year-old sons first bike a Specialized Riprock.

I dealt with Ryan in the repair area. He was so very courteous knowledgeable and friendly! He analyzed the issue immediately and relayed to me what he an do and when I could pick it back up. I did so and it was ready just like he said. When he greeted me, he said my wife's Motobecane was ready adn then promptly brought it around. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
