I love the store, people are friendly and helpful. I gave you guys top scores! My feedback would be after replacing my tube they left my chain off so when I got on to ride it, i had a surprise there. The tire was not really pumped up enough (could just be my preference). Also I would have liked if they checked my other tire they did not fix as that one was very low, that would have been just something nice for them to do especially for someone who bought the bike there and services it there. But i usually always have a great experience there and will continue to come back to purchase and service my sons bike there.

I bought an adult tricycle from a friend, and purchased some safety accessories which needed to be attached to the trike. When I got home and realized I probably could not install them by myself, I called and they were enthusiastically agreeable to mounting the four pieces I bought without charging me any extra labor ... "service after the sale" is not exactly standard procedure anymore. I am very appreciative, and told them they have a customer for life!!
They helped me with my EBike when no one else would. And they were very quick! My husband and I will keep going there for our bike needs.
