Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Quickly took a look at both our kiddos’ bikes, put air in all the tires and helped diagnose which ones were just too flat and which needed a new inner-tube. They were able to quickly put in a new tube while we ran another errand. Received a text message when the work was completed and checkout out was seamless. Not the first time we’ve used Bike Mart and it certainly won’t be the last.

Brought my bike in for new tires and tubes, they basically had it done in about two hours or less, terrific job!!
Darren was very helpful and informative when assisting us in picking out accessories for my son’s bike. He and the store manager went out of their way to ensure the accessories were installed quickly, and also provided a quick tune up and safety check, which we were very appreciative of.
It’s little things like that that will have as coming back to purchase our son’s next bike. Thanks to Darren, we realized it’s time for a bigger bike for my son.
