They helped me understand the best options, got the bike set up exactly how I needed it, and made sure everything felt right before I left. The whole experience felt personal, not rushed or transactional. I walked out with a bike that feels ready for a completely new style of riding, and I could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend Bike Mart to anyone who wants a shop that knows what they are doing and actually cares about getting customers set up the right way.

Bike Mart Prosper is a great place to purchase and get service on your bikes. Both Salespersons and Service Techs are very professional and knowledgeable. Owner Ken Smith and the salespeople that we worked with, Cameron and Matt, are very helpful and have the best interest for the customers.
