Walked in and was helped immediately. Was there to get a bike for my older daughter, and after asking about the size of bike my younger daughter should be riding, ending up purchasing a bike for her also. Was able to trade in the 2 bikes they currently had and they had the bikes with the bells my girls picked out ready for pickup by the time we got back. Great service!

They have a great service center. Everything is always done in a timely manner even when I come in needing maintenance last minute. I usually buy nutrition online but when I need something in a pinch this location has me covered. This store is exceptional along with its employees.

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—retail or otherwise. As someone new to cycling, I walked in feeling a bit intimidated and unsure of what I needed. Alver quickly put me at ease. He took the time to explain how my bike works in a way that was easy to understand and helped me pick out the right pedals to upgrade my ride. His patience and knowledge made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back to gear up for more rides—all thanks to Alver!
