To start things off I walked in to the new location in little elm with a question that was silly, but feather interesting. I had just gotten a new bmx bike that the tires said they had a specific weight limit. They employees seemed confused at first as well but helped me out while they were solving the problem! I ended up getting some new tires some ODI ends aswell as fixing my handle bars and having said tires installed. 10/10 quick and effortless service big shoutout to the bike mart team!!

I was about to hit a local trail and right before dropping in, my chain broke. I drove over to the Prosper location and they fixed me up in less than 10 minutes. It’s nice having a bike shop so close and who do solid work. Thanks RBM!!!
