I had an exceptional experience with the technician who assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and guided me in the right direction. Although I requested a full service and tire change, he inspected the bike and advised that those services weren't necessary yet, saving me time and money. Instead, he accurately performed only the repairs that were truly needed. I greatly appreciate his integrity and expertise!
Cameron was our sales person. He was very helpful of the size bike my granddaughter needed. Of course, we spent more than planned but hopefully she will have the bike for many years. we have a bike to trade in, so we will see how that goes.
