Bike Mart exceeded my expectations when I left my bike with them for a long overdue tune up. They had it ready when they told me it would be ready, and when I took my bike on a test ride, it was like a new bike. It seemed all the friction I was accustomed to was gone. I'm very pleased!
Both bikes are riding really smooth and work was done in timeframe given.

We were buying a bike for our 6 year old grandson and spoke to many of the staff. Each person listened to what we and he had to say about the type of bike he wanted. They all (at least 3) listened and were so attentive and made sure everyone felt great about the bike he was getting. Love the team and their customer interactions.

They were SO helpful in fixing my bike tire. I’m clueless they could’ve ripped me off but they didn’t at all. I was shocked at the fact that my issue was a $35 fix. Amazing and so clean
