I came in looking for a Marlin 6 and ended up finding a red one that I really liked! However, while we were checking out, my boyfriend briefly mentioned that we liked the purple one even more, since that was actually the color we had originally wanted.
As soon as Steve heard that, he immediately searched their system and said, “I have one right here!” The only catch was that he had to get it from the factory, so there was no 100% guarantee that I’d be able to get it. To make sure I didn’t end up without a bike, he helped me secure the red one as a backup while we waited. He then called me every week with updates on the purple one, which I really appreciated.
Finally, about a month later, I have my bike—the one I truly wanted from the beginning!! 💜
Steve was amazing throughout the entire process. He explained everything patiently, let us test ride the bikes, and never rushed us even though we took forever picking out accessories 😂. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted.

Speedy turnaround for a flat tire fix - 10 minutes - maybe a tad expensive at $31, but not complaining as their location is close by and I didn't have to make a double trip either. I'll be back for future needs.
