We have bought bikes from Bike Mart before. Owner Ken invited us to the West Prosper/Frisco store and he shows us some e-bikes and we test ride them. Ken is a very close friend of ours and he ordered a Towne for me and I will take delivery when it comes in. We have also had great service and advice at BikecMart

Great experience with knowledgeable and helpful Service Manager (I believe his name is Albert?). I had a bad service experience at another triathlon-focus store and decided to try Bike Mart for a service issue. Will definitely return based on the service experience.
Individual attention and expertise. I came in for a bike tune up and was greeted, helped with bringing in my bike and efficiently handed over to a specialist. I felt valued as a customer and the tune up was done expertly at a fair price.

Bike Mart - Prosper had a good selection, even after Christmas. What set my experience apart was my sales associate, Matthew D. I do not leave feedback like this, nor do I leave regular google reviews. Matthew is one of those rare exceptions. Give that guy a raise, give that guy a promotion! He’s awesome, he’s honest, he’s passionate about the lifestyle. I am a new rider transitioning out of distance running starting on Zwift. Matthew recommended fantastic, no frills products, later confirmed by my friends. What a representative of the cyclist community you have! I will be back, and I will buy a road bike from him specifically this summer. Thank you Matthew!
My son crashed his bike one too many times and the chain came off, the handle bars crooked and apparently the break line was wrapped around the handle bars incorrectly. The gentleman that helped us immediately sprang into action and began correcting the things he could. By the next morning, the bike was ready to be picked up. It was in perfect condition. We love bike mart and highly recommend!
