We have been using Western Cycle services for the past two years. They helped with set up of a Trek Domane SL6, the purchase of a Wahoo Kick trainer and the rebuilding of an 20 year old Cannondale road bike. In every case they answered questions in a manner that helped with decisions and provided meaningful information on the products. They are especially helpful with diagnoses/repair when problems arise. The support of the friendly staff keeps us on the road!

When we walked in a gentleman was working on a bike in the back. He looked up , saw us and asked if he could be of help. Very unusual these days He was great, found the bike we were looking for and we purchased. I don’t know if I would have bought a kids bike for $1,000 if I didn’t get that kind of service.
