I was shopping last minute for a surprise graduation gift for my 11-year-old son. The staff was very helpful over the phone. I was able to complete the whole transaction and my husband was able to pick up the bike. The payment system for pain over the phone was secure and quick, which was very nice. They offered the assembly which I thought the fee was extremely reasonable and made my life way easier. Everything was smooth and wonderful. Highly recommend.

I had looked for an e-bike for a very long time and had done a lot of research. Jamie and Tucker answered all of my questions and found the best bike for me. Their expertise and patience did not go unoticed.

Very please with the young man on staff at the shop. I am blanking on his name. He was so personable on the phone. I needed a new tire tube and he said he usually did on site but because he was the only one on staff it would be a day or so. The shop was so busy when I arrived and he was the only one working- again composed and friendly to all. I was expecting a week or wait time so was pleasantly surprised with being ready 1-2 days. Price was fair and I didn’t feel taken advantage of re: having to do more work on an old bike we are just scooting around the rail trail on. Kudos to this staff member- he has great customer service skills and is so kind.

From the time I walked in the door, was treated with experienced, friendly and knowledgeable people. They serviced my bike and now rides like it’s brand new! Would highly recommend them for any of your biking needs.

Products were of good quality. We were there looking for a Vehicle bike rack. Jamie Fisher took the time to explain a variety of options, which we ended up taking one home.
When we got it home because of the time Jamie spent with us the rack was installed in no time and a bike mounted securely.

Jaimie, the salesman was very helpful - working with us to get the right bicycle for my brother who is an individual with special needs. He was patient and kind - spending time with us so that my brother would leave with a safe bicycle that he was happy with. Very pleased with Jaimie and the store.
