Bought a brand new E bike and had a problem with an error code, I contacted the store it was after hours, and they answer the phone and they helped me with the issue with a bike. The following morning management emailed me with any concerns I may still have customer service is A+++

Western Cycle is an excellent shop for pre-sales, and post sales info about all things bikes. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very helpful when I was looking for help with a specific Trek electric mountain bike all the way through to the acquisition of the bike. They also helped a ton with all the needed accessories to go with it.
