I would highly recommend Western Cycle to anyone who is considering purchasing an e-bike and/or a bike rack. Jamie answered all of my numerous questions about the Gazelle e-bike in detail and explained all the components of the bike. He also encouraged me to take my time and “ test ride” the bike on the property behind his storefront. Tucker was just as helpful and patient as he demonstrated how to mount the Thule bike rack onto my car hitch. Overall, my Gazelle e-bike purchase and Thule bike rack purchase at Western Cycle was a very positive experience.

Excellent selection of name brand E bikes. Very courteous and helpful sales support. Seemed to be well organized for servicing when needed. While pricing was mostly competitive it seemed to be a more comfortable place to purchase than several others in the area.
Bikes were fixed up and done earlier than expected!

Able to find a pair of road bike shoes and a few bike accessories that I was looking. My preference is to make purchases in person locally when possible rather than online so my visit to the store worked out. The staff was congenial and helpful which made for an enjoyable, no pressure experience. It was made clear that if there was something that they did not have in stock, they would be happy to place an order for me. I would recommend checking out Western Cycle if you are in the market for cycling items.
