My husband and I walked into the Seabrook NH store and were overwhelmed by the different types of e-bikes and then we were pleasantly greeted by Tucker who answered all of our questions with patience and explained all of the differences which narrowed our choice of which bikes we would like to purchase. We also needed to purchase a bike rack too which Jamie helped us choose after asking us a bunch of questions. I can honestly say every time we went into the store we were always greeted with a smile and a genuine hello unlike some stores where the sales people just walk past you without even acknowledging you. Needless to say we felt so comfortable with them that we decided to purchase from them because we knew if we went back or have a future problem we know they would go out of their way to help us. You won’t regret making a purchase at this store!

Probably one of the best experience I had at a bike shop. Tucker was very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew was very friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy they were very accommodating to every customer.

I knew nothing about ebikes and wanted to buy one for a birthday present. She knew the brand she wanted, so we went to Western Cycles to look at their Giselle models.
They answered all of our questions in a polite, non-condescending way. Plus, it became affordable because they allowed me to pay for it in installments.

We had a little trouble fitting it on to the bike rack we showed up with, but with some help and advice from Western Cycles, we drove it safely to Maine.

This review is about a recent visit. I came to pick up a Thule EZFold XT rack, and brought my husband along because he purchased elsewhere some bike shoes and pedals and clips but the shoes didn’t fit. Your staff helped us determining a right size in a Trek shoe, which then turned out not to be in stock in the store. Getting it from the warehouse looked like it would take more than a month so we were encouraged to order directly online to get it fast. I found shoes that fit me in stock. We were grateful that the option to order direct for speed was offered, rather than trying to grab the opportunity to profit on the sale. Your staff was very helpful and supportive during a surprise diabetic incident, as well. I’ll never not come to your store for substantial purchases or bike service and especially when I need expertise! You’ve earned and keep earning my loyalty!
