My experience in buying an e-Mtb could not have been any better. Dean is very knowledgeable and passionate about mountain biking. He listened carefully to my specific needs and gave excellent advise. I feel his desire was to match me with the best product for me. Jamie also was great. He called me to confirm specifics and procure my bike. As a result of this double check, I ended up with a better color. The bike was built and tested within 24 hrs of their receipt. 100 % customer oriented! I brought my e-bike with a flat tire, 14 inch tires, it’s not a stocked item but I was told that if I bring a tire and tube they would replace them for me, which I did, service was great and the price was reasonable
