Great customer service at both locations. Thank you Jamie (Danvers) and Tucker (Seabrook). We bought an E-tricycle and E-bike in Seabrook after Danvers referred us tomthem, so we could test ride a Trike.
Trucker was patient and helpful with our decision. Upon picking up the Bike, Jamie explained everything about the trike’s functions. He also validated everything we understood about using E-bike. When we found transporting the 2 bikeswould not be easy,Jamie offered the suggestion of a rack. We should be getting the rack in a week or two. Also, pricing is consistent with what you find on-line. As a previous customer and user of their service dept (in Danvers), for maintenance and repairs, I can confirm all the great reviews, fast, reasonable and reliable.

Tucker was really good about explaining the bike we were going to buy (Velotric Breeze 1) and several options for bike racks. He went into good detail which helped me think about what I could expect from the different options at different price points and relative features. This demonstrates deep and helpful knowledge. I'll most likely buy a bike rack from this store when I'm ready.
