Western Cycle has a great team of friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff and ownership. I’m an avid bike rider putting many miles on each month while continuing to wear out my bike from normal wear and tear, the occasional crash and in the winter months dealing with the salt eating away at it. The team at Western Cycle goes over and above to keep me rolling. They’ve made special trips to their other stores for parts I’ve needed and their mechanics are the best, very experienced. The service from the Team is excellent! greeted immediately when I come in, reservations are available to drop off your bike for service. You can expect nothing but professionalism and care with your property. I have requested the Tune-up on my bike for the last 2 years and when I get it back, it's like its brand new again. I use the Seabrook location to be specific.

This was our second time purchasing an E bike from Western cycle. They are so knowledgeable, and really take the time to listen your needs and make sure you get the correct bike. They spent extra time helping my daughter learn how to use not only her bike but the app that went along with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need or is looking to purchase any bike.

Jaime was quite informative when I was deciding on which bike fit my needs best. The two young men who helped me yesterday when picking it up were also very helpful. I do not recall their names. Although they both shook my hand and identified themselves. But they were helpful and friendly like Jaime. Also you had exactly the bike I wanted in the price range I wanted to spend. Being in Seabrook is a plus I saved a good amount of money being a mass resident. I would not have made this purchase in Mass at the Danvers location because of this.

Jamie was wonderful. Very helpful and informative about e-bikes but not pushy. It was a very comfortable environment and a great purchasing process for me who knew little to nothing about e-bikes.
