The bike rental worked great and I particularly appreciate relocating a bike from Richardson to Preston Hollow in the size my wife needed.
I also appreciated the adjustments that the mechanics were able to make before the ride, although we should have spent more time trying to fine tune the fit.
We brought our own pedals, which the shop installed, but we used shop helmets. That was very convenient not to travel with helmets
Had a major tuneup & other repairs done to my road bike. The team kept me informed when additional repairs & time in the shop were needed. Excellent work & service. They also were extremely helpful in replacing my saddle. Cannot thank you enough. What a tremendous shop & service.
