Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman that helped me (he was wearing a kilt). I wish more people had the professionalism and enthusiasm as he did. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all that had to be done on my bicycle. I left the store knowing that my bicycle was in good hands,

They did exactly what I needed and waited until I got there from a different location before closing. Had everything ready and was smooth

I brought my rear mountain bike wheel in with a broken spoke. Not only did they replace the spoke very quickly for me, they also taped my wheel back and added back my sealant. I had told them that I had tape and sealant at the house and would take care of that part, but they had some extra scrap tape And took care of it for me. That was a nice touch and certainly appreciated. Would highly recommend these guys.

You all have a nice selection with plenty of inventory so that the common needs of many mtb riders and cyclists can be met. I liked how all the bikes were arranged and on display in a way that made it easy to browse and look them over. The entire store had a nice atmosphere and is in a great location.

I had great conversations with a couple of the people working at this location and they were very knowledgeable and respectful of my time, not putting pressure on me to make a purchase and also not trying to wrap things up so they can get on with work. Of course those things will vary depending on how busy a store is, but everyone seems to have a good work ethic and treats customers well.

They did a great job getting my bike assembled and keeping in touch with me throughout the process to check when I needed it and let me know of the status. I was impressed with how quickly my bike was ready for pickup.

I've been wanting to figure out which local bike shop would suit me best as I get back into riding more, and I'm very happy to have found this Bike Mart in such a convenient location and to have great standards. I'll definitely be returning for future bike service and product needs.
