I explained my problem, he identified which model I needed and determined there was at least one in inventory. Luke brought the box from the back and carried it out to my car! Loved working with Chris our Sales Rep, John our delivery rep, Sal our Finance guy, Cami our Customer Service rep, and Matt the Delivery Manager. Everyone there made us feel like VIP’s. This is our third RV purchased from General RV and my wife and I can’t say enough about how much we loved working with this entire team. Only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to offer totes or boxes for transition of contents from the old camper to the new camper.
