Your service dept personal were very friendly and did a nice job on my fifth wheel. They also came right out to check a possible problem I had on the roof. The service guy, Mike, checked it out and told me it was a simple fix. He gave me several ways to fix it. I appreciate that. Your service manager took good care of us. My go to man from now on.

Everything! Fred was our salesman. We contacted him in January and told him what our interests were and we were not ready to purchase that time but would soon contact him. He never called or texted (which is what we wanted)! We contacted him this month and told him we were ready and what we wanted. He said stop up. His personality and expertise was spot on. He gave us a deal and then gave us a deal we could not pass up. Pam from financing was also great. She explained everything and got me a good finance rate. Another great personality and very knowledgeable. Adam did our demo. Explained everything so we could understand and was very patient answering all our questions. I loved working with each one of them and would recommend general rv to everyone looking to purchase an rv!
