Provided excellent service and very professional. The dealership bent over backwards to assist in warranty repairs. The only snag was Winnebago and the appliance vendor through no fault of General RV. I would purchase from them again but with a different RV manufacturer.

Personal, friendly knowledgeable. I will say the one in my Clemens is do much better than the one near Ocala Florida. I had to have a window replaced paid for the window no one informed me that I owed for labor . If I would have known it was going to cost that much I would have waited till we got home.
Needless to say inform your customers verbally total cost. Not just signs I nor my husband did not notice the sign till after it was pointed out to us after the job
