The large inventory was nice especially for buyers from Ohio who don’t get to see that many campers all at one location. Sales staff “Roxie” was extremely helpful and narrowed down our list just by asking a few simple questions. The entire process; from “window shopping”, the sales process with Kellie, financing process with Stephen, working with Octavia the delivery coordinator to the white glove service from Travis for the unit walkthrough, overview, to recommending additional items to be installed and him completing the final delivery and turnover to us. Can’t leave out Isabella in parts either for closing us out on those extra items we wanted. Everyone was amazing and attentive to answering all our questions and making it a true VIP experience.

I enjoyed the communication by friendly knowledgeable staff throughout the experience, Tonya's service, shopping in the retail store and discussing the courtesy inspection.

Our great salesperson Rick!! He made our buying experience very pleasant besides being knowledgeable and informative about the camper we bought. I’m afraid I will leave someone out but Jenn, and Dale have been helpful, too, as well as seeing and talking with Maddie again (who helped us repair our other camper). We were treated well from the time we were greeted by the reception area until we left.

Zac in service was very responsive and knowledgeable.

My salesman (Rick) was phenomenal. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, once I told him what I was looking for, he showed me campers that fit my needs and wants. Finance (Solomon) was remarkable, searching to find me the best financing, and was thorough with explaining warranties, etc. The young lady (Sierra) that did my demo of the rv, was knowledgeable and very helpful, this being my first camper. All of the staff from sales to finance, parts the shop techs and managers were very friendly greatly added to the experience of buying my first rv. Two thumbs up.
