I really loved the quality of the selection of campers from used to new.
We bounced between 4 different campers before settling on a used Cherokee Grey Wolf that still looked brand new. The price was competitive market wise so we didn’t feel the need to haggle back and forth over pricing which was so lovely.
10/10 Will be back when we inevitably get a new camper down the road. I cannot express how seem less and wonderful this process was

Did not feel rushed.
They have provided great service. My dealership was Campers Inn Toms River and their service was awful. At purchase there were several items that needed to be addressed. After 5 months ("Waiting for a part") they did nothing and scratched the furnace cover and replaced it but didn't paint it. If I hadn't noticed, who knows what would happen. General RV is more than an hour extra drive but more than worth it.

Everybody is friendly and helpful on our last two purchases. Whether it was the trade-in or the new purchase current purchase, I’m happy with just was there was a couple more options I wanna known about but since it was at a different location, I didn’t notice. yes I would recommend to anybody. My son-in-law is currently trying to work out a deal with you. Hopefully, we get a gift card so we can all go out to dinner if he makes a purchase.

Nikki as always was awesome. We brought our coach in because someone broke our side window. After I brought it in and dropped it off, Nikki realized that our driver slide out wasn’t aligned. We never caught this and sure glad Nikki did. Along with the window replacement they realigned the slide out. We love dealing with Nikki and General RV in Ashland

My service consultant kept me up to date on the process of my repairs and let me know the time lines we were working with. My coach was actually finished ahead of schedule even though the part was not in stock and there was a need to retrieve it from a different location. There a cook out for lunch with burgers, sausages, and other items. Very tasty!
