Trevor Tyler did me good again! Brought my Alliance in for some repairs. Trevor checked me in and said that things were running behind because of some illness and accident in the shop but could possibly be done in one to two weeks. I accepted that time period. Turned out that when the "tec" looked over the problem the repair method was changed, and the unit was done in less than a week.

Lori Pelath is wonderful to work with. Brought motorhome in for service and was greeted with a smile. She took care of the situation immediately and kept us informed every step of the way which we appreciated greatly. She is heads above every one else at doing her job. Needs to be commended.

What did you like about your experience with General RV?

We have been very Happy with our Grand Design Solitude since purchase in 2023. Last year we were in an accident in Florida. Jeff in Service worked with our schedule to get it repaired and back to looking like new. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend General RV in Wayland for Sales and Service.
