I went from negative to a positive attitude as the Birch Run store is working with me and generally considered with my issues. I was in contact with Ricky from sales and Scott in service and they are addressing my concerns above and beyond their obligation in making me a happy customer. My frustration was being caught up in many little things that were out of their control and maybe some of my PTSD (LOL). Trent and Josh also took the time to explain a few things better and helped me along the way. We LOVE the trailer and well worth the price and very excited for many enjoyable memories in it. From beginning to the very end, our experience was amazing! We were greeted with professional smiles! Searching for the right camper was fun and friendly! Very knowledgeable!! Doing all the paperwork with Phyllis went exceptionally smooth! She is so helpful and professional! The walk through learning about our camper was extremely helpful! Called Monday for service appointment dropped off on Tuesday had everything done quickly so I can get back on the road. Everyone was helpful and polite. Communication was awesome very responsive kept me updated on progress.

Maddie was very helpful in explaining everything about my camper repair. She’s the one I will always want to deal with!

Randy, my salesman and John, my business manager, killed it. They both worked hard for us to get in our price range. Randy helped us out of my first idea and into the best fit for us. Very personable, and if they were trying to sell us... it didn't feel like it.

The rest of the staff was more than accommodating. I don't recommend this, but I accidentally drove an hour to show up four hours early for delivery. Rather than turn mus away or make me feel stupid, they made it happen. The folks at the front desk are very sweet.

My service guy, Kyle, left no questions unanswered in his very first walk-through. Had he not said, I'd never have guessed.

The parts department went thorough some potential upgrades with me and we're extremely friendly.

All-in-all.... 10/10 experience. Bravo, guys. Thanks again.

Pick up my G3970 on Saturday and was good expeirence th folk there when great. The spent alot of time getting my camera working.
