This team took absolute care of me. I originally spoke with John who was gracious enough to put the bike I was looking for on hold for 2 days until I could "trek" down and buy it. This bike was in really limited quantity in the Northwest and was elated to have their help.
The day I picked up my bike, Matt was the gentleman in-store who kept the shop open until I could get there. These guys are top-shelf and highly recommend their shop.

Great experience, unique to other bike shops all the employees seemed enthusiastic and happy to be working there. Very helpful staff, answered all of my noobie cycling questions on gear and setups. I spoke with Mathew, help me set up a trek Checkpoint ALR 4 gravel bike, a front light and some adventure bags. Great customer service by enthusiastic employees.

Jerry was FABULOUS! On a cold, rainy day he cheerfully walked us and our 13-year old daughter through choosing the best bike for her, giving us all the information we needed without overwhelming us, and when he learned she was paying with her own money, he helped her find the one at the best price, too. He also helped with components such as helmet, lights, etc. And then, when we got home and our daughter proudly gifted her old bike to her younger sister, we brought the old bike back to ask him to adjust the seat. Jerry didn't just adjust the seat - he cleaned the bike, oiled the chain, taught our 11-year-old about bike maintenance and safety and reminder her that when she was ready to move up a size, she could get half the purchase price of that bike (we had purchased it there) as a credit towards her next bike. My little one was thrilled! Thank you, Jerry - you made it a GREAT day for our family!
