The person working repair side had a tech look at my dropper seat problem. Was not sure if they could repair and gave me the name of another shop that would be able to for my specific bike. 10 min later bike was fixed. Good customer service and price was very fair.

This is the only shop I have found that can service and adjust electronic shifting correctly. All the gears work and the chain does not fall off when shifting been the chain rings
