This is a wonderful store and excellent staffing. I’ve been to this store twice as a pit stop during my cycling rides and I enjoy the lounge they have for cyclists. I was looking for the Italian made Trek Racing Jersey and I found it at this store 👏🏽. I enjoy meeting the helpful staff and shopping for new cycling items. I was very impressed by the service I received by the TREK team and the work that was done on my Gran Turismo Wilier road bike. This has been the best bike service experience I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Marcus did a fabulous job and my 11 year old bike is now running better than ever. This is after several poor experiences at other bike stores and other technicians telling me that my bike couldn't be fixed and I should just get a new one. Thank you, Marcus, for a great job done.
Von was very knowledgeable and work with me to pick out a bike in my price range. I kept bugging him with questions but he was patient with me since this was a big purchase for me. I did not pick up the bike that day but will be in soon for the purchase. Highly recommend Trek Bikes in University Place, WA.

Service was great. The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. I asked about the no flat tubes and was told if I was trail or mountain biking then yes, but if street riding no. I really appreciate the honesty and no up sales.

The service tech (I'm bad with remembering names, but he is the Marine veteran) was excellent. He quickly evaluated my bike and suggested the appropriate services that were needed. He actually advised that certain services I thought were needed were not actually needed at this time. He was personable, professional and efficient. It is the people that make the business and he is a great asset to Trek Palm Dessert. I will be back for future service and bike purchases,

I had an outstanding experience at the Trek San Marcos store. Everyone I interacted with — especially Kelsey and Vern (I believe that was his name, the tech) — was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They helped me select the right accessories and ensured my new bike was set up perfectly.
I drove a decent distance to get to this location, and it was absolutely worth it. The store itself is impressive — clean, well-organized, and stocked with far more inventory than other Trek stores I visited beforehand. Thanks to the entire team for making this a buying experience I won’t soon forget.
