I had a minor maintenance issue, which the techs addressed on the spot. Plus they were super friendly.
I had my 2012 Madone in for a press fit bottom bracket service. The service tech was concerned that it may need a specific frame refacing in the bottom bracket space to allow new bearings to be fitted and if that wouldn't work the frame would be warranted for replacement, as this 2012 model had a known defective bottom bracket design. The tech contacted me when he took a deeper look at the bearings and felt that they still sat in the frame correctly and that the bearings still had life in them. So, he only replaced bearing bushing covers and I was only charged just over $8 for the bushing covers and not charged for his time and labor as the shop deemed this as a warranty claim service. I really appreciate that the Alamo Trek took care in looking out for the customer with this issue and not overcharge me with labor fees. I definitely will be a returning customer to their shop!

Wes and Carly were both friendly , and deeply knowledgeable ... greeted me the moment I walked in the store and Wes helped me fix a small problem with my bike and guided me to the right products while suggesting excellent bikes to match my riding style .. this store now has all my bike business period .. and I rode a Santa Cruz and that didn't matter they were happy to find matching products !!!! Done one never going anywhere else besides trek are best bikes on earth and prices are great here
