Jeremy, my salesman, was outstanding answering all my questions the day before and the next day I purchased my new E Trek-bike. Very friendly and attentive staff in the back too, as they put on my new pedals and grips with no waiting, then explained the features of the bike extremely well and detailed.
The price on clearance was a massive savings and made the purchase much easier on my budget.
Jeremy got me pumped up to ride and I did. I went through many different situations on the trail ripping up Mt. Rose for an hour and a half. The computer and auto-seat adjustment was great to learn and a big learning curve as this is my first e-bike of this magnitude.
All in all, a perfect ten first time experience. I will continue to refer my friends and strangers on my travels no matter where I am at in this world to your shop and friendly, educated, brilliant and attentive staff.

I like that the people there are kind, helpful, and put themselves in my shoes: Jeff (who suggested a particular bike model, recommended that I ask the state for an extension of an electric bike voucher, and helped me pick things to go with the bike), Reeves (who was there sometimes and special ordered a bike for me), Trigg, Ryan (who visited from Salt Lake City to cover emergency staffing gaps, gave advice, and attached a light onto the back of my new helmet), and Wes (who helped me after I had a flat). I believe that someone named Traybee left me a phone message...thank you.
I appreciate that Bontrager items are generally moderate in price.

I really enjoy my new bike. It's an electric one, FX +1, in juniper green. The bike helps me get up hills, widens my world, and is transforming me back into a biker. I was looking for one that would help me do more biking while being affected by health conditions (chronic fatigue syndrome and others), and the people at Trek were sensitive to that and helped me meet that goal. Thank you, everybody!

My latest visit to the Santa Rosa downtown Trek Store was for a simple service, adding new sealant to my Marlin 8+ tires. This store doesn’t disappoint, great management, knowledgeable & friendly staff, quality Trek products, each visit has been a 5 star experience.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Trek Bicycle store in UP. Both employees were knowledgeable and helpful in fixing my son's bike and helping us find the right size and type of helmet. Although I didn't catch his name, the male employee provided excellent service!
All bikes are high quality, clothing fits well and the staff is very helpful and ride themselves so they get what you need and have so much insight.

The service is outstanding! I didn't buy my bike at a Trek store, yet Wes and his co-workers couldn't have been more helpful to get me what I needed (e.g. seat adjustment, bar ends, etc.) Wes even went way out of his way to research my outdated bike rack to help me with the installation. I highly recommend this store. These days it's rare to find service of this caliber. Many thanks to Wes and the team at the Issaquah shop.
