My name is Jess and I am the director for True ID, a local non-profit providing reintegration housing and services for women who have experienced human trafficking and exploitation. When one of our volunteer program mentors came in with her bike that she wanted to donate to True ID, Trek stepped up and donated over $200 of bike maintenance so that one of our survivors would have a better mode of transportation. She typically walk to work, but has been struggling with some feet issues. This bike is literally helping her to maintain her employment and create further stability for her healing and restoration. I want to shout it from the rooftops how amazing it is that Trek would give back in this empowering way. Thank you TREK!

I had a rebate to use towards an ebike, and I decided to go to Trek to find a bike there. I talked to an employee, who showed me different styles and options that fit my needs. He helped me to find something that was affordable, and after also buying some accessories, I was out of the door with a new ebike. I rode it home to test it out, with my newly purchased helmet on my head for protection. The bike was smooth, and truly was a fit for my needs. I’m thankful for this store for helping me find a bike that I can enjoy for now and in the future. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to buy a new bike, or start their new habit of bike riding.

Very fast and friendly service. I dropped in without an appointment to get my brakes bled. They took me right in, gave me suggestions, showed me products I asked to see to potentially upgrade in the future and they were more than happy to oblige. They got my bike back to me same day when other places were months out.

My sons and I absolutely endorse TREK’s product, flawless design; our enthusiasm extends to two men, for the best service one could ever experience, Mike who sold me the bike after Jeremy special ordered a smaller version of my son’s for me to try out (a quiet afternoon of hilarity and good story telling). Their warm support and future reassurance of continued-upkeep is the TREK plan!
Yesterday, I enjoyed my first ride in five years, this little bike takes no effort to turn, stop or shift. My shoulders and hands were never strained, I sailed past 18 miles of Autumn fields on a glorious day.
