I've owned several Trek bicycles. I had my first Trek bicycle for over 15 years. I got regular check -ups, inspections and tune-ups at the Trek dealership where I purchased the bike. Service was exceptional.
I have now purchased a Trek Dual Sport from Trek Bicycle Palm Springs. I worked with Wendy to see what options were best for me. While I already have used this location for maintenance of an older bike, this is my first bike purchase at the Palm Springs Trek Bicycle shop.
One of the reasons that I chose this particular shop is because of the people that work there. They know the Trek bicycles intimately.
Wendy was able to listen to my concerns and assist me with the best options. Part of the reason that I like this shop is Wendy's patience with listening to my needs and providing options that would meet my needs. I feel she provides very straight-forward advice that benefits someone with my lower level of knowledge about bicycles. Additionally, other staff members were also very good at working with someone like myself with limited knowledge regarding bicycles. I road my bike home yesterday and I am very happy with the bike. The bike exceeded my expectations on the ride home, so I am a very happy with this purchase.

Very fast, and prompt service. I was from out of town visiting the area on vacation. I had a flat tire on my Aventon ebike. I called them to see if they could fix it? They told my to come in right away. I was off, and running in 45 minutes. Thanks!
