I like the open, friendly, can do attitude with a strong proponent of mechanical and ergonomic common sense. Where I wanted a longer handlebar extension stem, Adam recommended a shorter one on a higher plain with a more level perspective. He picked up on my comment about numb hands and immediately suggested gel pads wrapped up in new tape. I also liked the way in which I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. This isn’t my first time calling on Heritage to help me keep my bikes in good working order. Be assured I’ll be back. I like the way they roll!

The staff were so kind and helpful towards me and my brothers and I. They helped me sort out a few issues while on a long bikepacking adventure far from home. I left feeling a lot better about my chances of making it home without anymore bike-related problems. Peter recommended some Continental tires for my ride (after flats two days in a row) that turned out to be a great middle ground for the conditions along the Cataraqui trail. They offered us cold water to drink and even let me use one of their stands to do my own bike work (which I prefer). That all said, please don't go in there feeling entitled to the same treatment but you can bet on it being a good experience. Thank you, Peter, Jules, and Sonya!

Service department was exceptional. Knowledgeable, pleasant and listened to the concern. Diagnosed the problem quickly and upfront what was needed and the cost. Called me to explain everything before going ahead. Even in this busy summer time they had the bike ready to to go as promised.
