Great bike shop! Adam replaced my bike tires and tubes when I stopped by only 30 minutes before closing. The bike rides and brakes better than ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides great service!
From my experience, it starts with the greeting at the door, everyone that can shares a cheery welcome and how can we help. I have shopped a wide range of products and services from the purchase of bikes and bike racks, clothing, kayak racks to downhill ski tuning. Each time their expertise has guided me and I have been totally satisfied with every purchase.
Service is so fast and efficient! Employees are beyond helpful and super nice!!
We like that you are trying to pay your employees a liveable wage. I prefer to spend my money with folks that I like and I like the folks at Heritage Bikes.
Even though we are old and fat and out of shape we were treated like valued customers. That's not that common at bike dealerships.

I visited the shop for the first time last week in order to help a friend out with deciding on which EBike she was going to purchase. First off- the shop itself was lovely- clean and lots of relevant stock. Secondly all of the staff were friendly and acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store. Thirdly… the assistance and knowledge were first rate!!! I know my friend will purchase a bike from the shop and I will certainly recommend them to others- and I will be back as well.
Timely and quality
No problem is too small and in the case of a broken valve stem I wasn’t quite into figuring out this gnarly little fiasco on my own so I loaded the bike into the car and drove it over to Heritage on bright sunny morning. “Sure no problem we can do it right now”. No appointment, no long wait and while I went and had breakfast the tube and stem was replaced. Mind you I also purchased some really great additions to making my ride a real pleasure. A new pump, water bottle carrier and bottle, compressed air pump and bottle. Writing this reminds me of those things I forgot, like a light for those early morning rides. After a great breakfast I returned to see them using their initiative and doing that which I failed to even notice myself. When I walked in they were fixing my handle bar wrappings. Now is that great customer service or what!

I just want to say a big thanks for the staff at Hertiage bikes for the great service they provided for me on Tuesday August 23/2022.My daughter-in law stroller was broken on the weekend & they were here from Jasper Alberta with three children for three weeks for vacation.I took it in first thing in the morning & it was ready in the afternoon.Again thank you very much for a job well done.

Friendly, informative and reasonable. Brought in a bike that I recently purchased there to have it tuned up. The bike tech gave me some tips on tire chain and gear maintenance. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Bought a tire pump there aswell that was on sale which was a bonus. Very positive experience. Thanks team 👍
