I like the bacteria clean for carpets. This is especially nice when you have two kids and a dog.
My carpet still has the same soft feeling after the carpet cleaning as before. The gentleman that clean the carpets was so very professional very nice and very knowledgeable about the products.
The product did an excellent job as there were some stains he completely removed as well as some water damage from the soft water system. The carpet looked new when he completed the job. The service technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I hope he can do our carpets next time we contact you.

This was the first time using Zerorez and it worked out very well. The tech was great, professional, punctual, informative and friendly. He did what we asked and everything looks very good......fresh and clean. The older carpet in the family room came back well. The newer carpet on the stairs and upstairs looks new. Good Job!!!!
