The process was SO quick and easy! And the products worked and smell great! We had some pet urine odors we needed taken care of - and they were!!!!!! Pete was our technician and was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! VERY knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to our needs! I was impressed!

It had been a long time since I had my carpets professional cleaned and so I was very happy to see that the stains left by my pets were able to be cleaned up so well. My carpet looks brand new! I called and we scheduled an appointment for the very next day! Scott came out to my house and was fantastic, very friendly and did a good job of explaining the treatment process. My experience with Zerorez was GREAT.....from the initial call with Lisa, to the quick appointment time, to the courteous representative who came to my home and made my carpets new again! Well done-keep doing what you're doing!

My carpets have never looked better! Between foot traffic, food spills, and pet damage my carpets were looking terrible. I was embarrassed to jave people over. Now I can't wait to have people over!
