My carpets look so amazing when they are cleaned by Zerorez. Actually, they look like they are new. The service person who cleaned my carpet was very professional and kept me informed as to what he was using to to remove a very stained spot.

If you are not satisfied they have no problems coming back out to correct anything that you feel you are unhappy with. They are very knowledgeable about carpets and what happens to them overtime. Next year when it is time I will call them again to clean my carpets and will use no one else who uses harsh chemicals and equipment that damages your carpet. They truly are the only ones I will go with because they go out of their way.
It's seem to do a good job
The guys did a great job. They were personable. I was unprepared for the 120.00 charge for the smell. I had informed the person when I called that the carpet was basically clean except for a couple of small spots. My main concern was the smell. I was not informed ahead of time of this extra cost. I expected the charge to be what they quoted. 99.00. The person I spoke with seemed kind of simple minded and did not seem to take into account what I was saying. I was frustrated with her. Perhaps she did say there could be extara costs, but nothing was quoted and I was quite surprised. I also thought the product used was quite caustic smelling and I asked one worker what was in it. He avoided my question. He said some people think it smells like orange, some think it smells like chlorox, or bleech. He said he thought it smelled like bleech. Perhaps he did not hear me or understand my question. MY concern was what we were going to be living in and breathing in over the next few months. I still would like to know what chemicals were used and are they caustic. Another thought I had. I have a product called Quat Stat that kills 99% of germs and could have sprayed that on my own carpet for 2.00 for the whole area. This makes paying 120.00 for what you did really frustrating. I only thought of this afterwards....I didn't have time to think about it. I couldn't understand why the bill was so high and thought, wow, I know my math skills aren't great, but this doesn't make sense. He took me very carefully through the bill and then I saw and understood. They had come all the way from Omaha, what was I to do. Just a minuter guys I'll spray my bacteriostat on my carpet before you clean it...It will take me about a half hr to get everything ready, but then I won't have to pay the extra 120.00. They would have said, I'm sorry ma'am, we cannot guarantee our job if we do not use our products. There is no residual smell, which is great. I am actually hoping to get compensated for at least some of the 120.00. I am waiting to hear from you. Phone number removed. Jody Last name removed
