The service was great, but I'm not sure the cleaning product worked entirely.

He is a great spokes person for your company. I will be requesting that Eddie be the technician sent out the next time I have my carpet cleaned. I like the "empowered water" without added cleaners, soaps, etc. Technician was very friendly and polite. Got right to work and got the job done! This is my second time to use your company and I am very interested in having duct work cleaned in a few months. I think the fees are competitive and I was able to take advantage of the January special. All in all--very pleased!
