I could not believe how clean the carpet looked after it was done. And during the process, it was obvious what was clean and what was not clean yet. When I had my wife look at it half way through the process so she could see the difference between the clean and not clean yet, she said, "Well it obvious to me that I'm not going to get new carpeting!!" And it was obvious to me that I was saving money!!!!

I have already recommended your services to two different people. I know that your commercial says that your carpet is left feeling soft, but holy cow. I can't believe how soft it is. Also, your technician explained that once the fibers are damaged any amount of cleaning won't bring them back. Because of this sometimes the discolored don't end up looking as good as the rest of the carpet. I knew this to be true from having other carpet cleaning companies come in. The middle of each step just stays discolored. After your technician was finished with my stairs they looked bran new! I truly didn't expect that. You are now my forever carpet cleaning company.
Jared Cole was wonderful and welcome in my home anytime. He was very considerate, knowledgeable and thorough. The best carpet cleaning I have ever had. There was one spot that was difficult, Jared worked very hard on this spot but a call to zerorez brought them back and it was removed. Loved your service and think you have very capable people.
