You are SUPER fast (the whole house done in less than 2 hours) and we were left with very little odor. Our house had been occupied by a family who had 5 pets...yes 5! I was devastated when we realized what was left behind. Our service rep was confident he could help, well - he did. The process of getting information was fine, however I was not informed completely regarding the pricing structure and how much pet stains would cost. The service tech was extremely helpful in detailing all the costs and the process. Plus he was delightful to talk to and did a quick and efficient job, when there was something that needed my attention he was concerned and did his best (in my opinion) to help me in any way he could. All in all, it was the best experience of service. I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone that needs your services.
The service was amazing! Our technician, Alex, drove out to Lincoln from Omaha at the end of his day...on a Saturday! He was here late and his attitude was amazing. Great company service with individuals like Alex!
I like the approach your representative took towards explaining the details of the service. A simple description of the pricing and service is definitely a refreshing change from surprises and jacked up/unexpected estimates from other companies we've dealt with in the past. The featured special and its pricing was just as advertised, with no surprises or additional gimmicks.

The pretreatment smelled good. I liked the orange plastic corner protectors for the table legs, doorways etc. I liked the use of the large fan after the carpet was cleaned.

Kind of got off to a bad start. Original appt was not met. Was supposed to be between 8:30-10:00am. Got there about 10:45. But once their the technician, named Paul, was very apologetic. It only took him about 45 minutes to do approx 2500 square feet of carpet. Very professional, clean, and very courteous. Would definitely recommended zerores to anybody who wants to gave a good cleaning done. My carpet looks almost new. Very pleased with the results. Hot my monies worth.

The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. "Upsold" me on some services that I knew were well needed for the age of the carpet (30+ years).
People would question why I didn't replace it and the funds weren't there for replacing, but cleaning and deodorizing was.
