Rep was courteous and professional. The service was great. Got our many "pet mistakes" cleaned up without a problem. Rep was in and out quickly. Arrived on time, explained process, described the, now famous, patented empowered water and it worked great. Good enough in fact that our anticipated carpet replacement, planned for next year, may be delayed for a couple more years. Thanks for the outstanding work.
